ABOUT VICTORIA

Supporting your body with care, precision and deeply intentional movement

Victoria began her Pilates teaching career in 2023, training with London Pilates Academy in Fulham while working a full-time office job. After moving into teaching professionally, she developed a strong interest in classical Pilates and went on to complete an additional 200-hour Advanced Classical Mat training with Sabrina Kelly. This places her within the direct teaching lineage of Joseph Pilates - a grounding influence that enriches her practice with depth, precision, and a strong understanding of the method.

Her training has equipped her to work confidently with a wide range of bodies and abilities, knowing when to offer modifications, extra guidance, or a moment of rest. Before teaching Pilates full-time, Victoria worked in digital media and marketing, giving her personal insight into the physical and mental strain of an office lifestyle.


This experience now shapes her approach: supportive, attentive, and focused on helping people move well, feel better, and build sustainable strength in their everyday lives.
